IT Pro Touch wants this site to be usable by everyone. It is built on Moodle 5.2 with the Boost Union theme, which aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. Our own course content uses plain headings, lists and text with sufficient colour contrast, and works with screen readers, keyboard-only use, browser zoom and phones.

Known limitations

• This site has not had a formal, independent accessibility audit yet.
• Certificate PDFs are generated images of text and may not read well with every screen reader. The same information (course, completion date, expiry) is shown on the course page.
• Some third-party sign-in pages (Microsoft, Google) are outside our control.
